Atlantic cod liver, which is usually sold canned in its own fat. Tender, without bitterness, made from fresh raw materials. Pleasant notes of fish, moderate salt, appetizing smell. Contains only cod liver and salt. Most often used in combination with boiled potatoes, onions and hard-boiled eggs to prepare pates, salads, sandwiches and other cold appetizers.
