The concept of this excellent appetizer is quite simple: raw fish cut into small pieces, with minimal salt, pepper, and a bit of sunflower oil. You can also add onions, soy sauce, or lemon, according to your preference. Muksun is a member of the salmon family with white meat that lacks a strong fishy odor. The tender and flavorful meat has a distinctive fresh cucumber aroma.
