Whitefish is a northern fish of the salmon family, although its meat is white.  It is found in ecologically clean waters and is considered a rare delicacy.
We offer whitefish in a ready-made delicate sauce and pine nuts in  in a baking bag.
To prepare: Remove the factory label, pierce the bag in several places, bake in the oven at  200*C for 20 minutes.If there is no time, you can cook without defrosting, increasing the cooking time by 5-7 minutes. The result is delicious, sweet, tender meat with almost no bones and requiring no effort to prepare.
