This product is a sea fish that inhabits the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans. Cold-smoked meat differs from lightly salted meat. During cold smoking, the temperature does not rise above 25°C, and the processing time can last several days. As a result, excess moisture is removed from the fish, it dries out and becomes denser and less fatty. The fish is prepared naturally – on natural alder chips, without any additives. The salmon meat is already sliced into neat pieces, all that remains is to arrange it on a plate, or it can also be used for making sandwiches.
