Trout caviar is one of the smallest types of red caviar, with each egg measuring about 3 mm in diameter. It features a delicate skin and a bright red-orange color. The taste is delicate and mild, without bitterness or any off-flavors, as it contains no preservatives. The salt content is just 1.6%!

The caviar is made from Finnish trout raised on a farm, ensuring the highest quality product. During production, the caviar undergoes several cleaning stages, is salted, packed into containers, and then undergoes acoustic freezing. As a result, once thawed, it retains its fresh-like taste and remains dry and nutritious, reaching your table without any loss of quality.
